EMEA SaaS Implementation Lead - Onboarding & Adoption

Meltwater is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to support the EMEA market. In this role, you will ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, collaborating closely with various teams to facilitate their successful adoption of Meltwater's platforms.

You will manage client implementations, conduct training sessions, and build strong client relationships. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, with proficiency in both English and Arabic.
