EMEA Senior Analyst PMO

Overview

The Project Management Analyst will be a part of the MedTech Supply Chain Digital organization and will support the Project Management activities as part of the Transcend transformation programs, a series of highly complex multi-year business and technology transformation initiatives. The candidate will support overall project methodology, project planning, project management, risk management, and change management. This role acts as the primary support to the EMEA PMO Senior Manager.

Major Responsibilities

• Monitor project plans and ensure all tasks meet PMO quality standards.
• Monitor RAID log and ensure all items meet PMO quality standards.
• Provide requested support to Senior Manager PMO for project activities and deliverables.
• Facilitate execution of Stage Gate methodology including scheduling reviews, ensuring proper readiness, and facilitating Gate review discussions.
