Our client, a highly respected international law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead their people strategy across the UK and wider EMEA region. The role will suit a commercially minded HR leader with strong operational and strategic capability – and crucially, hands‑on experience supporting teams in Germany and Poland.


Key Responsibilities

As Senior HR Manager, you will:

  • Act as a trusted adviser to partners and senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Develop and deliver the HR strategy across the UK and EMEA.

  • Provide expert HR and employment practice guidance for teams in Germany and Poland.
