**EMEA (Senior) Payroll Specialist**

The **Senior Payroll Specialist** is responsible for supporting outsourced payroll operations across **Europe** , ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery through external payroll providers. This role serves as a key liaison across vendors and internal stakeholders, coordinates payroll inputs and controls, and contributes to process improvement through standardization, automation, and the use of Takeda-enabled AI and automation tools.
