EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager

Onsemi is seeking a dynamic and experienced EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager to join our global Talent Acquisition team. Based in Munich, this role will lead a geographically dispersed team of recruiters across Europe and partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers throughout EMEA. The successful candidate will drive strategic recruitment initiatives, ensure compliance with European HR processes and labor regulations, and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines for senior-level and early-career talent.
