Job Description

Onsemi is seeking a dynamic and experienced EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager to join our global Talent Acquisition team. Based in Bratislava or Piestany, this role will lead a geographically dispersed team of recruiters across Europe and partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers throughout EMEA. The successful candidate will drive strategic recruitment initiatives, ensure compliance with European HR processes and labor regulations, and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines for senior-level and early-career talent.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a distributed recruiting team across multiple European countries.
Partner with senior business leaders and HR partners to align talent acquisition strategies with current and future workforce needs.
