Smaller community hospital looking to bring on Emergency Department Director! Sign-On Bonus and Full Relocation!

Reports to the Chief Nursing Officer. Functions as Emergency Department Director, clinical resource person, and responsible for nursing resource utilization, assumes responsibility for Emergency Services Operations for shift worked.

• 10 ER beds
• 15,000 annual visits
• FTE’s: 18

Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Nurse, ADN required, BSN recommended.
• 3+ years’ acute care clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting, or 3+ years demonstrated leadership as an emergency department charge nurse.
• Familiar with scheduling Emergency Department assignments, staffing assignments, acuity systems, and level triage.
