Responsibilities include:

• Register patients via phone and upfront enquiries
• Collect payment/deposits and provide financial counselling for admissions
• Liaise closely with Bed Management Unit for acquisition of beds for Emergency Medicine Department's patients
• Obtain Specialist Outpatient Clinic appointments for Emergency Medicine Department's patients
• Sort documents in preparation for dispatch to Medical Records Office
• Extend excellent customer service to patients and their relatives
• Replenish inventory when stock is low

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec and above
• Good customer service skills / able to work 3 shifts
