POSITION SUMMARY
The Emergency Project Manager is responsible for leading all emergency mitigation efforts from first response through stabilization and turnover. This role serves as the on-site authority, ensuring rapid control of loss, execution of drying and containment strategies, and disciplined crew leadership.
This position is critical in protecting early-stage margin by eliminating rework, enforcing standards, and delivering accurate, complete documentation. The Emergency Project Manager operates in high‑pressure environments and must balance speed with precision, ensuring safety, compliance, and client confidence at every stage.
Success in this role is defined by the ability to stabilize chaotic environments, lead teams with discipline, and deliver clean, audit‑ready project turnover that sets the reconstruction phase up for success.
