Emergency Services Application Specialist Role

Support the City of Hamilton's Emergency Services as an Application Support Specialist. Ensure the effectiveness of critical systems such as Computer Aided Dispatch and Next Generation 911.
This non-union position spans 18 months where you’ll report to the Supervisor, Business Applications. You'll be responsible for managing the Emergency Services technology platforms, ensuring their performance through system administration and troubleshooting. Collaborating with various stakeholders will enhance operational efficiency and resolve system issues.
