Emergency Services Supervisor Role

Take charge as an Emergency Services Supervisor, overseeing ambulance operations and staff performance. This permanent position entails ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Working at the Lionel E. Lalonde Centre, you will lead a platoon of paramedics in the effective delivery of ambulance services. Your responsibilities include managing training, overseeing vehicle maintenance, and collaborating with the CACC and hospitals. This role requires a mix of leadership and clinical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and coordinate ambulance personnel and services
• Maintain operational compliance and equipment standards
• Participate in grievance management as a representative
• Conduct audits and address service delivery issues
• Direct multi-agency response as Incident Command
Requirements:
• Emergency Care/Paramedicine diploma from Ontario
• Current Primary Care Paramedic certification
• At least five years of related paramedic experience
