We are recruiting for an experienced Emergent Agronomist on behalf of a client to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled agricultural professional who combines strong technical agronomy expertise with a commercial mindset and a passion for supporting emerging farmers.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide agronomic and technical advice on fertiliser recommendations, crop nutrition programmes, soil fertility management, crop establishment, and best farming practices.

Conduct farmer training sessions, field days, and workshops to improve productivity and knowledge transfer.

Establish and manage demonstration plots to showcase agricultural solutions under local farming conditions.

Build and maintain relationships with farmers, stakeholder groups, NGOs, and agricultural partners.
