private.ventures structures private funds for family offices to consolidate wealth and deploy capital into tier-1 IT unicorns (Kraken, xAI, Cresta AI). We are currently establishing our Singapore base to scale our Fondo di Fondi program: a series of emerging GP funds ($3M–$20M) powered by our white-labeled financial infrastructure and captive legal powerhouse.

Securing our VCFM license is the next milestone on our roadmap. To proceed, we are required to expand our local headcount by one associate. So, here we are.

The Role
