Job Description

                    A manufacturing company in Ciudad Juárez seeks a Junior Production Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met. The candidate will assist in planning production activities, supervise staff, monitor KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment are required, along with knowledge of Lean principles and ERP systems. Advanced English proficiency is a must.
