Employee Benefit Consultant

We are currently partnering with a leading insurance brokerage in the search for an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to join their expanding team. The organisation has experienced significant growth, strengthening its employee benefits capabilities through recent acquisitions.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of larger SME & mid-market clients across both Group Risk & Healthcare polices
  • Identify opportunities to grow the accounts through cross-selling across the wider business
  • Design, implement and review employee benefits programmes


Essential Criteria:

  • Must have experience in consulting across Healthcare & Group Risk
  • Ability to retain, develop & grow existing and new accounts
