Reports to--Purchasing or Kitchen Manager--Position Summary--The Employee Breakroom Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked --room for employees to dine. This role ensures food service areas meet health and safety standards while --providing courteous and efficient service to employees.--Essential Functions ----- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the breakroom, food serving areas, and all dining areas.----- Clean tables, counters, microwave, refrigerator, sink, and other appliances. ----- Empties trash and monitors trashcans to prevent overfills ----- Remove dirty dishes, and utensils and take them to the kitchen for washing.----- Always maintains floor clean and dry. ----- Restock food, beverages, coffee station, utensils, napkins, condiments, etc.----- Monitors inventory levels and notify management of supply needs.----- Ensure proper food storage and rotation (FIFO method).----- Follow all health, safety, and food-handling r...
