Employee Care Manager

Happy at Home Health Care Services is currently seeking a motivated, professional and experienced and people-focused Employee Care Manager to join our growing home care team. This leadership role is responsible for caregiver recruitment, onboarding, employee retention, training, and staff support. The Employee Care Manager acts as the bridge between leadership and frontline caregivers while promoting a positive, supportive, and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead caregiver recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure caregivers are properly trained on company policies, safety procedures, documentation standards, and client care expectations.
• Support and mentor new hires throughout their first 30, 60, and 90 days to promote successful integration and retention.
