Job Description

Create a support community within the Division to champion employee engagement 
Lead in the conduct of all employee engagement activity for the Division, from planning to execution 
Leads the communication in all material related to the engagement activities 
Ensure events are done within the approved budget / accrual 
Champion the spirit of teambuilding and camaraderie in all activities 
Ensure that all activities are impacting all sites / warehouses / employee types 
Champion inclusion and diversity 
Create a calendar plotting all employee engagement activities for the Division 
Maintain a verified and attested list of partners and providers to support internal activities 
Monitor and safekeep all internal tokens / giveaways
