Employee Experience and Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Specialist to join our Employee Experience and Engagement team within the Human Resources department of Millennium. This role is ideal for someone with 7-10 years of experience in learning and development, program management or a related field who is passionate about driving employee growth and development in a fast-paced environment.
As an Employee Experience and Engagement Specialist at Millennium, your main responsibility is to play a key role in managing the delivery of impactful learning programs to support the development of our workforce and meet the needs of employees at all levels.

Manage the end to end delivery of learning programs, including planning, scheduling, logistics and evaluation for APAC
