Employee Information Section Head

JOB SUMMARY

The Employee Information Section Head is responsible for leading the administration, integrity, and strategic use of employee data across the organization, with strong emphasis on compliance with banking regulations, labor laws, and data privacy requirements. The role oversees end-to-end employee data management, HRIS governance, and the development of HR metrics and analytics to support data-driven workforce and regulatory decisions.

This position ensures accurate, timely, and compliant maintenance of employee records in accordance with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations, labor standards, and internal control policies.
