We're seeking an experienced Employee Labor Relations Head to join our team at Dunkin' Donuts' in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining positive employee-employer relations and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing strategies to foster a positive and collaborative work environment between management and employees
• Advising on the interpretation and application of labour laws, collective bargaining agreements, and company policies
• Investigating and resolving employee grievances and disputes in a timely and impartial manner
• Negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements with union representatives
