Employee & Labour Relations Manager

with extensive experience in the construction or mining industry to lead our employee and labour relations functions.

This position will be based in Timmins, ON . This critical role requires a strong understanding of Ontario’s Employment Standards Act, Labour Code, and industry-specific employment challenges.
