Role Overview:

At Huntsman, we are seeking a German-speaking ELC Specialist to join our International Global Business Services (GBS) Center in Kraków. Our GBS organization is dedicated to delivering comprehensive business process support across the EMEA region. Located in the heart of the city, the Kraków office serves as a strategic hub, providing efficient and effective solutions to a wide range of business needs.

The Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Specialist manages hire to retire and time and attendance for the German market, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The selected candidate handles sensitive employee and company information and enquiries in compliance with local laws, applicable collective labor agreements, shop agreements and corporate policies. It is an expert position with direct reporting to the Employee Life Cycle Team Leader.
