The Role:
The Employee Officer ensures the success, performance, and retention of deployed Virtual Assistants by proactively monitoring quality, addressing issues early, and safeguarding client satisfaction while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor standards, ethical work practices, and company policies.
This role serves as the bridge between VA, client, and operations, preventing escalations, attrition, and quality failures.
