We are looking for a detail-oriented US HR Onboarding Executive to manage end-to-end onboarding for US-based hires. The role involves coordinating with candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and documentation as per US employment standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end onboarding process for US hires (W2, C2C, and 1099).
• Collect, verify, and maintain onboarding documentation (I-9, offer letters, contracts, etc.).
• Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, payroll, and compliance teams.
• Ensure compliance with US labor laws and company policies.
• Handle background checks, drug tests, and client onboarding requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS/ATS systems.<...
