Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Industry: Food & Beverage (Multi-Brand Operations)
Bigtime Empire Corporation is looking for a motivated and people-oriented Employee Relations to support our growing multi-brand food & beverage operations.
We handle well-known brands such as Pares Retiro, The Sandwich Guy, Sapporo MilkTea, Cali Pizza,
California Beach Pansol, Pizzeria, and Commissary.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in handling employee concerns, inquiries, and basic ER cases
• Support the documentation of incidents, NTEs, memos, and disciplinary actions
• Help monitor compliance with company policies and Code of Conduct
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Admin teams for ER-related matters
