1. Employee Relations Case Management:



· Lead and manage a diverse range of complex employee relations cases, including:



o Disciplinary & Grievance



o Absence Management



o Capability & Performance Management



o Redundancy



o TUPE and organisational change initiatives (providing expert ER input into restructures, reorganisations, and business transformation projects).
