Employee Relations and HR Projects Lead

The Role

This is a hands‑on individual contributor role with a broad remit spanning employee relations, policy, compliance and related projects. The position partners closely with HR Business Partners to provide expert advisory support, manage complex and high‑risk employee cases, and build capability in HRBPs and people leaders to confidently navigate employee relations matters.

While the role has an APAC remit, the primary focus is the Asia region — and most significantly Malaysia, SEEK's largest hub in the region. The other current Asia markets are Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines. The role requires deep expertise and hands‑on experience navigating employment frameworks across these markets.
