• Government Mandatories Completion (For Active Customer)

• ATM Application Assistance
• Customer Helpdesk (Online and Offline)
• Notice Of Employee Action (NEA) for Regularization and other contracts
• Attend to Customer Inquiries
• Assisting in customer loans
• Last Pay Releasing Assistance
• Accepting of Mandatory concerns
• Number of atm issued vs Active employees : 100%
• Notice Of Employee Action (NEA) releasing for regularization 100%

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or any related field.
