Employee Relations Associate

JOB SUMMARY

The Employee Relations Associate supports end-to-end Employee Relations (ER) functions with primary accountability for engagement implementation, compliance monitoring, and employee lifecycle management. This role focuses on execution, documentation, and operational processing, with escalation of complex or sensitive cases to the ER Officer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute employee engagement and wellness programs across brands or departments
• Conduct exit interviews and monitor COE and final pay processing
• Track and monitor performance evaluation cycles (1st, 3rd, 5th, annual)
• Process and encode employee status changes (ECSNs) such as promotion, demotion, regularization, and transfer
• Maintain clearance, exit, and employee lifecycle trackers with complete and accurate documentation
