Employee Relations Executive

About the Role

The Employee Relations Executive will be responsible for overseeing employee and union relations, disciplinary processes, and compliance with employment legislation. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, legal understanding, and the ability to balance organizational interests with fair employee treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) matters to ensure compliance with the Employment Act (EA) and other relevant local labor laws.
• Serve as the key liaison in union-related activities, including collective agreement negotiations and consultations.
• Conduct and handle Domestic Inquiries (DI), including preparation of documentation, coordination of hearing processes, and acting as the company prosecutor when required.
• Provide guidance and support to management and employees on ER/IR policies, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
