Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Employee Relations & HR Advisor to support warehouse and head office teams for this growing fashion retailer. This role combines hands-on HR administration with first-line employee support, helping to ensure smooth HR operations and strong relationships across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR administration, including new starters, leavers, and HR documentation.
Support Employee Relations (ER) for warehouse and store staff, including entry-level queries.
Handle first-line conversations with employees and escalate or manage formal conversations as needed.
Maintain and manage the HR inbox, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
Support the management team in meetings, coaching, and HR-related decision-making.
Work closely with warehouse and store teams to resolve employee issues and ensure compliance with HR policies.
