Employee Relations Officer

Employee Relations Officer is responsible for creating, designing, planning, and implementing the Company's employee relation, case management, and employee engagement programs, policies, and procedures to develop and maintain a positive communication and workplace relationship between the organization and its employees and external parties and to promote employee satisfaction and well-being.
