Your Contribution

As an Employee Relations Partner (m/f/d) - temporary until 28.02.2029, you will be the central point of contact for all employee-related matters. You will promote a positive working environment, support employees with individual concerns, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

  • Point of contact and support for employees regarding professional and personal questions related to their employment (., working time models, compensation, conflict resolution)

  • Support employees in both office and production areas, including onboarding, use of ESS (Employee Self Service) and shared services, as well as implementation of country-specific HR processes (., BEM – company reintegration management, ATZ – partial retirement)

  • Promote “help for self-help” in the use of digital HR services and applications
