Employee Relations Senior Analyst

The Employee Relations Specialist conducts impartial, confidential investigations into employee concerns, potential misconduct and Ethics Point cases. This role ensures compliance with company policies, labor laws, and collective agreements, and partners with HR and Legal to support fair and consistent disciplinary outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into Ethics Point cases (or equivalent) related to harassment, discrimination, workplace violence, policy violations, and other concerns, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organizational practices, collective agreements, and employment law.
• Conduct confidential interviews with involved parties and collect relevant information.
• Document investigation findings in a clear, objective, and legally sound manner mindful of different audiences.
