 Facilitate timely implementation of disciplinary action process
 Conduct initial counselling to team member(s) if necessary
 Facilitate administrative investigations whether due process is consistently observed all the time
 Confronts unethical behavior and acts on deviations to standards and indiscretions appropriately and in a timely manner
 Validate all submitted resignations whether effective date is compliant to labor law and/or company policy
 Perform through investigation in every administrative case on-hand
