Job Description

The HR Employee & Labor Relations Specialist is responsible for managing employee relations concerns, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive employer-employee relationship. This role handles disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and labor-related cases while supporting management in maintaining fair and consistent HR practices.

Key Job Responsibilities

Employee Labor Relation

  • Process disciplinary actions such as releasing of NTE’s, NOD’s, AWOL and Return to work notices.
  • Gathers data to be used for investigation of the cases.
  • Coordinates with other departments for documents/information needed by the legal counsels and/or 3rd party consultant.
  • Collaborates with the legal counsels and 3rd party consultants for best practices and strategies in case analysis and mediation procedure.
  • Conducts admin hearings for internal cases.
