Employee Relations Specialist

The Role 

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you’ll be our go-to expert for workplace relations partnering with HRBPs and leaders to navigate complex cases, interpret Modern Awards, and build the frameworks and leader capability that a scaling multi-jurisdictional organisation needs.  

You’ll bring structure to ambiguity and composure to high-stakes situations.

• Modern Award interpretation, NES compliance, and multi-jurisdictional employment guidance 
• End-to-end complex case management, investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances, and disputes 
• Coaching leaders to handle IR/ER matters with confidence and consistency 
• Building and maintaining IR frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures 
• Fair Work Commission matters and liaison with external employment lawyers 
• ER trend reporting and data-driven identification of systemic issues
