Employee Relations Specialist

Description We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to support a respectful, compliant, and inclusive workplace in Van Nuys, California. This Long-term Contract position plays a key role in guiding leaders and employees through sensitive workplace matters while helping maintain strong compliance standards in a healthcare environment.
