The ROLE

As an Employee Relations Supervisor at 5 ELK, you'll drive initiatives that boost tribe well being & engagement, strengthen communication, and build meaningful workplace connections, while ensuring our practices stay compliant, just, and on point.

What YOU'LL DO

• Serve as the point of contact on fundamental HR issues and questions
• Partner with Senior Manager of HR on complex employee relations issues
