The opportunity

iOPEX Technologies is seeking an experienced HR-BP | Employee Relations Specialist to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining positive employee-employer relationships and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

1. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, grievances, and performance management
2. Investigate employee complaints and grievances, and facilitate resolutions in a fair and impartial manner
3. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement policies, programs, and initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work environment
