**Description**

The Employee Wellness Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing programs and initiatives that promote the health and well-being of employees within an organization.



+ Overview of the profile

+ Develop employee wellness calendar and framework that engages employees in various initiatives.

+ Plan employee engagement initiatives like celebration events, special days etc. Search and coordinate with various vendors for wellness events and build a pipeline.

+ Analyze wellness trends and prepare reports for management as input to create an engaged workforce.

+ Implement wellness interventions based upon identified needs within the organization.

+ Build capacity in the organization to drive and manage an employee wellness culture.
