Employer Brand Manager

EMCD is an international fintech product company. Our distributed team works from all over the world and we're looking for someone who will shape and grow our employer brand so that employees feel proud to be part of EMCD, and candidates dream of joining us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute our employer brand strategy both internally (culture, engagement) and externally (employer reputation on the market). Main focus - build external HR Brand for 4 business units.
• Launch projects that connect our global team and build a sense of unity across countries, languages, and time zones.
• Organize internal events (online and offline), manage company merch, and develop our visual identity.
