About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Employer Branding & Candidate Marketing Specialist to grow Wing’s top-of-funnel talent pipeline by elevating our employer brand and driving consistent candidate engagement. This role focuses on brand storytelling, recruitment content, and partnerships with schools, job boards, and referral networks — ensuring that Wing remains visible and attractive to high-quality talent across markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute employer branding initiatives that position Wing as an employer of choice for remote professionals.
• Develop and distribute content campaigns (videos, graphics, posts, success stories) highlighting company culture, employee growth, and client impact.
