Employer Branding & Regional Marketing Coordinator
to bring our global employer brand to life in South Africa.

What you'll do:

• Develop and manage regional social media content calendars aligned with Office Beacon's brand voice (LinkedIn, Instagram, and more).
• Highlight team culture, employee stories, office events, and local moments that make us unique.
• Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to promote hiring campaigns and celebrate workplace milestones.
• Coordinate and capture engaging content from events, including photos and testimonial videos.
• Support local office branding with materials such as banners, posters, and signage.
• Act as the regional bridge between HR, Marketing, and Operations for localized communications.
