Employer’s Agent / Quantity Surveyor

**A little more about your role…**

+ You will play a pivotal role in pre and post-contract Cost & Commercial Management, including Employer’s Agent services to our clients - including estimating, cost planning, procurement, cost assurance, and post-contract financial/commercial management of projects ranging in size and complexity.
+ Undertaking the role of Employer’s Agent / Contract Administrator/ Quantity Surveyor, with the opportunity to work across various sectors, namely residential development and our Department for Education framework.
+ You will join a diverse, growing team of Cost Managers, Commercial Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Employer’s Agents, and other related professionals who work across multiple sectors.
