1. Legal and Technical Qualifications

All drivers must possess the valid documentation and technical skills necessary to operate specific vehicle classes.



Valid Driver’s License: A clean, valid license with the appropriate classification for the vehicle assigned (e.g., Class F for heavy-duty trucks or Class C for Coaster buses).



Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of verifiable experience in commercial driving or logistics, particularly for long-haul or regional routes (such as the Accra-Adeiso corridor).
