+ Location: Ammanford (SA18 3TA), with regular community outreach.

+ Salary: £24,256.44 to £27,486.94

+ Hours: Part-time 22.5 hours (fixed days Monday, Wednesday & Thursday)

+ Contract: Fixed-Term 6-9 months

+ Driving license and own car: essential criteria for applicants due to the outreach nature of this role.

Role Overview

Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? This programme supports students with learning needs throughout their internship. The EA will work closely with each participant to help them navigate their internship, build confidence and develop workplace skills. Following the hospital placement, the EA will also assist participants in progressing into suitable external employment or further opportunities beyond the college.
