A bit about the role...

Working within a Workforce Australia specialist contract; Ex-Offenders Program as an Employment consultant means taking on the challenging yet fulfilling responsibility of assisting a diverse range of clients in securing sustainable meaningful employment. You'll manage a varied and active caseload, focusing on retraining and upskilling while forging partnerships with local employers to create opportunities. This role requires resilience, outstanding conflict resolution abilities, and a track record of meeting KPIs. This role is full time, fixed term until 30 June 2027.
