Employment Consultant, Chelmsford (Internal/External)

Cambrian College’s Employment Options – Chelmsford requires a full‑time Employment Consultant beginning June 2026.

Note: Internal candidates, as defined by the Full‑Time Support Staff Collective Agreement, will be given first consideration.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and referral, case management, employment planning and preparation, and job placement to Employment Options clients daily.
• Conduct intake interviews to determine client eligibility and needs by identifying and documenting clients’ skills, interests, abilities, barriers, educational background, and work experience.
• Complete all appropriate file documentation which may include items such as: application form, service plan agreement, releases of information, and obtain necessary identification.
